Very private indeed. When you book, you have the whole penthouse to yourself and will not be disturbed — there are no other guests and no shared rooms. The exact address is only shared with confirmed guests.

Yes. The suite is near Tower Bridge in London SE1, moments from Tower Bridge Road and Bermondsey Street, in a refined and discreet neighbourhood of upscale residences, offices and lifestyle venues, with Bermondsey Street’s restaurants and bars nearby.

Paid parking is available on site. You can arrange and pay for your parking space once your booking is confirmed.

Yes. We can give you the number of the cab company we use — the drivers are used to seeing guests in full fetish finery and will even bring a seat cover if you are wearing rubber.

You will be picked up from the front door.

The penthouse is on the 4th (top) floor and is reached by the main entrance and a staircase. There is no lift, so unfortunately there is no wheelchair access.

Yes. It has gas central heating and Wi-Fi-connected, remote-controlled air conditioning, so we can set the temperature you prefer before you arrive.

Check the dates on our booking page for availability and book online. As soon as you pay, you receive a confirmation email with the address and all the details. Please check your spam folder if it does not arrive.

Daytime hire costs £120 for 2 hours, £180 for 3 hours, £220 for 4 hours, £260 for 5 hours and £300 for 6 hours (11am–5pm). Overnight stays (6pm–11am) are priced on request.

Yes, during the day: daytime bookings run from 2 to 6 hours between 11am–5pm.

We do not offer sessions shorter than 2 hours at London Dungeon Suite; for short hourly sessions in West London, see our sister venue Bayswater Dungeon Suite. More on daytime dungeon hire.

Overnight stays run from 6pm–11am and include:

• Exclusive use of the rooms and equipment (aside from specialist pieces)
• Complimentary Wi-Fi
• Complimentary bottle of Prosecco on arrival
• Cleaning service, fresh towels and cleaning of all toys and equipment used

Early check-in and/or late check-out are available for £30 per extra hour if required. See overnight stays.

Yes, all Mistresses and Masters are welcome. Professionals receive 20% off bookings from 4 hours to overnight and 30% off stays of 2 days or more, applied automatically at checkout, with check-in from 2pm (earlier on request).

Standard bookings include up to 2 guests. Additional guests (on request) must be arranged and paid for in advance. Workshops and events of up to 16 guests need our prior approval by email.

Undeclared guests may be refused entry without refund.

No. We have a no-smoking policy throughout the suite. Vaping is okay.

If you have paid in advance for a booking (including sales or special offers) and need to cancel, please note that we offer no refunds. However, you can reschedule your booking once to another date within 3 months of the original booking, subject to availability.
