We confirm the details
We reply within 24–48 hours with the price, how the voucher will be delivered, its validity and how to pay.
The recipient books
The lucky recipient chooses a date that suits them, subject to availability, and receives the address with their booking confirmation.
Validity and good to know
- The validity period of each voucher is confirmed in writing when you order it.
- Standard bookings are for up to 2 guests; additional guests must be arranged in advance.
- Once a date is booked, our usual booking terms apply.
- The suite is on the 4th floor with staircase access only.
