Our cleaning protocol
When people compare dungeons to hire in London, cleanliness is usually the first thing they ask about — and rightly so. At London Dungeon Suite, hygiene is paramount: our aim is to be the clean BDSM dungeon London guests can book without a second thought.
The penthouse is maintained to an immaculate level using medical-grade sanitisation protocols, so that every guest arrives to a space that is genuinely clean, not merely tidy.
After each booking, equipment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with an industrial-grade virucide, and high-touch areas are cleaned as well. We use Versan viricidal disinfectant on all surfaces. On top of manual cleaning, the suite is equipped with a Luxibel B hybrid UVC sanitation system, adding an ultraviolet sanitation step to the routine.
Textiles get the same attention. Fresh towels are provided for every stay, and removable pads such as the mat and pillow of the Brutus sling are taken off and washed between bookings. Overnight guests benefit from a full cleaning service that includes all toys and equipment used during the stay.

Consent and safe play
London Dungeon Suite is a private venue for consenting adults aged 18 and over. We provide the space, the equipment and the hygiene; what happens during your booking is your responsibility, so we ask every guest to play in a way that keeps everyone safe.

Safe-play essentials
Agree before you begin
Discuss limits, expectations and a safeword (plus a non-verbal signal for gagged or enclosed play) before the session starts.
Use equipment within your experience
Some pieces, such as the e-stim unit and the specialist machines, are intended for experienced players. When you book a specialist item, full responsibility for its use and condition lies with you during the session.
Never leave a restrained person alone
This is especially important with enclosure pieces like the vacbed, body bags and inflatable hoods.
Respect the equipment
Manufacturer weight limits apply; the Brutus sling, for instance, is tested to a 150 kg dynamic load. If a specialist item is damaged, appropriate compensation will be sought.
Plan your aftercare
The separate bedroom and the lounge are there for rest and recovery after intense play.
House rules
A short set of rules keeps the suite private, safe and pleasant for every guest. They are also set out in our terms and booking conditions.
No smoking (vaping is fine).
No refunds on prepaid bookings; a booking can be rescheduled once within 3 months, subject to availability.
Additional guests must be declared and paid for in advance; undeclared guests may be refused entry without refund.
Messy play allowed on the PVC sheets provided; guests clean up afterwards.
Paid on-site parking can be arranged after booking.
Specialist equipment and the rubber wardrobe are used only by prior arrangement.
The exact address is shared only after a confirmed booking; please keep it private.
Accessibility
The suite is on the fourth (top) floor of a converted period building. Access is through the main entrance and up a staircase; there is no lift, so unfortunately we cannot offer wheelchair access. If you have mobility concerns or any condition we should know about, please contact us before booking so we can talk it through honestly.
Inside, the layout is on a single level, with two separate W.C.s and a private shower. The nearest stations are London Bridge (0.5 mi), Bermondsey (0.6 mi) and Borough (0.7 mi), and paid on-site parking can be arranged after booking. More travel details are on the location page.

Who cleans the suite?

Do you provide condoms, gloves and lubricant?
Yes. Condoms, lubricant, gloves from small to extra large, disinfectant, wipes and a first aid box are all provided.
Is messy play allowed?
Yes, on the PVC sheets provided. Once you have finished, please clean up and place the sheet in the box provided so it can be disinfected.
Can I smoke in the suite?
No, we have a no-smoking policy. Vaping is fine.
Is the suite wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately not. The penthouse is on the fourth (top) floor, reached by stairs, with no lift.
Will anyone else be in the suite during my booking?
No. When you book London Dungeon Suite you have the penthouse to yourself and will not be disturbed.
