From booking to check-out, here is what to expect.
Book online
Choose your night in the booking calendar and pay securely. Your confirmation email arrives as soon as payment is complete, with the exact address and arrival details (check your spam folder).
Plan the extras
Reply to your confirmation to pre-book specialist equipment, the rubber wardrobe, the projector, parking or extra hours. We can set the air conditioning or heating to your preferred temperature before you arrive.
Arrive from 6pm
Let yourselves into a clean, prepared penthouse on the 4th floor, with a bottle of Prosecco waiting. Access is by staircase; there is no lift.
Play, rest, repeat
Use the dungeon, the lounge and the kitchenette at your own rhythm. The bedroom is there for aftercare and a full night’s sleep.
Check out by 11am
Shower, pack and leave by 11am — or book a late check-out. We clean and disinfect the suite, toys and equipment after you go.
The bedroom and relaxation spaces

Want to arrive before 6pm or stay past 11am? Extra hours either side of your night cost £30 per hour, subject to availability — ask when you book, as the suite is often booked for a daytime session.
Professional guests can check in from 2pm (earlier on request).

The penthouse is moments from Tower Bridge Road and Bermondsey Street, 0.5 miles from London Bridge. Paid on-site parking can be arranged after booking.

Is food included?
No meals are included, but the kitchenette has a kettle, microwave, air fryer and mini fridge for snacks and drinks, and Bermondsey Street’s restaurants and bars are nearby. Breakfast is included on extended stays of 5 to 7 days.
Can we smoke?
No — the penthouse is non-smoking. Vaping is fine.
