Stays of 2 to 7 days
Each extended stay is quoted on your dates: the longer you stay, the more you save, up to 30% off. The whole 1,200 sq ft penthouse is yours for the duration: the main dungeon with its Fetters and Captive BDSM furniture, the aftercare bedroom, the lounge, the kitchenette and the private shower.
An overnight stay is wonderful; a few days is something else. With an extended booking you can settle into the rhythm of the place — long scenes when you have the energy, a lie-in when you do not, and none of the pressure of a check-out the next morning.
Who books an extended stay
Extended stays are popular with three kinds of guest:

- Visitors from further afield, for whom the penthouse doubles as a discreet London apartment.

Complimentary breakfast on 5 to 7-day stays
Book 5 to 7 days and breakfast is on us: each morning, enjoy a complimentary breakfast at a curated café near the penthouse.
It is a small detail in the BDSM Hotel signature style of hospitality — and a good reason to step out into Bermondsey for half an hour before the day begins.
The kitchenette in the suite (kettle, microwave, air fryer and mini fridge) covers drinks and snacks the rest of the time. There are no cooking facilities, but Bermondsey Street’s restaurants and bars are a short walk away.
Fetish event weekends in London
London’s big fetish weekends fill hotels fast, and few of them welcome a suitcase of rubber. The penthouse is a natural base:
- get ready in privacy;
- take a cab straight from the front door — the local firm we use is very relaxed about guests in full fetish attire;
- come back to a dungeon of your own for the after-party.
Fetish Weekend London returns from 1 to 4 April 2027, and the calendar also includes club nights such as Torture Garden and our own visiting-domme events. Dates for these weekends tend to book up early, so get in touch as soon as you know your plans.

How to book an extended stay
Check the calendar
Look for consecutive free nights in the online booking calendar. Event weekends go first, so book early.
Tell us your plans
Email us with your dates, the number of guests and anything you would like prepared — specialist equipment, the rubber wardrobe, parking or a particular room temperature.
Confirm and pay
Once your multi-day price is confirmed, pay online. Professional discounts are applied automatically at checkout once your status is confirmed.
Settle in
Your confirmation email includes the address and arrival details. Prepaid stays can be rescheduled once within 3 months, subject to availability.
