Built as a dungeon, not a bedroom
The suite covers 1,200 square feet and has been designed from the ground up as a dungeon rather than a bedroom with a few hooks in the ceiling. The open-plan main chamber holds the heavy furniture — crosses, benches, stocks, a throne, a cage and a freestanding sling frame.
A separate bedroom gives you a calm place for aftercare or a proper night’s sleep. A lounge, a compact kitchenette, a private shower and two W.C.s mean you never have to leave the space mid-session.

Compact kitchenette
A discreet kitchenette with kettle, microwave, air fryer and mini fridge for snacks and drinks (no cooking facilities).
Shower & two W.C.s
A private shower plus two separate W.C.s, with fresh towels on overnight stays.
Climate control
Gas central heating and remote-controlled air conditioning, set to your preferred temperature before you arrive.
Equipment
Premium furniture, never mass-produced
The furniture comes from respected specialist makers such as Fetters and Captive BDSM, chosen for safety and solidity as much as for looks. Highlights include:
- a Fetters whipping bench and stocks;
- a St Andrew’s cross, a gilded throne and a cage;
- a gyno chair;
- the BRUTUS sling — a near-silent, fully adjustable sling rated to a 150 kg dynamic load, whose freestanding frame doubles as a bondage frame.
The sling is included in every booking at no extra cost.
Toys, consumables and add-ons
Walls of impact tools, restraints, hoods and sensory kit are ready to use. The consumables you need are provided too: gloves in every size, condoms, lube, wipes and a first-aid kit.

Hygiene
Uncompromising cleanliness between every booking
Cleanliness is the question guests ask most, so here is the short answer: the suite is cleaned and disinfected after every single booking.
All surfaces are treated with Versan viricidal disinfectant, equipment and high-touch areas are cleaned by hand, and the space is fitted with a Luxibel B hybrid UVC sanitation system. Removable mats and pillows, such as those on the sling, are washed between bookings.
