How much does it cost to hire a dungeon in London?
At London Dungeon Suite, the short answer is from £120 for a 2-hour daytime session, rising to £300 for a full 6-hour day. Overnight stays from 6pm–11am are priced on request, and longer stays of 2 to 7 days attract a discount of up to 30%.
What every price includes
Every price is for exclusive use: you are not sharing the penthouse with anyone else. It includes:
- the main dungeon, the bedroom, the lounge, kitchenette, shower and W.C.s;
- the furniture and the toy collection (aside from a few specialist pieces);
- Wi-Fi and the consumables — gloves, condoms, lube and wipes;
- cleaning: the suite is cleaned and disinfected after every booking, so there is no cleaning surcharge.
Optional extras
The only extras are the ones you choose: specialist machines, the rubber wardrobe, a projector, extra hours either side of an overnight stay, or additional guests.
Daytime hire

Overnight stays
Arrive at 6pm, play into the night, sleep in the aftercare bedroom and check out at 11am. Included:
- exclusive use of the rooms and equipment (aside from specialist pieces);
- Wi-Fi;
- a complimentary bottle of Prosecco on arrival;
- fresh towels and cleaning of all toys and equipment used.

Payment, rescheduling and cancellation
You pay online when you book, and your confirmation — including the address and arrival details — is emailed as soon as payment is complete. Please check your spam folder if it does not arrive.
The conditions in brief:
- No refunds on prepaid bookings, including sales and special offers.
- One reschedule to another date within 3 months of the original booking, subject to availability.
- Additional guests must be declared and paid for in advance; undeclared guests may be refused entry without refund.
- Specialist items are booked at your responsibility; compensation is sought for damage.

Do you rent the dungeon by the hour?
Daytime bookings start at 2 hours (£120) and can be extended hour by hour up to 6 hours, between 11am–5pm. For shorter hourly sessions in West London, our sister venue Bayswater Dungeon Suite offers hourly hire.
Is there a discount for professional dommes?
Yes: 20% off bookings from 4 hours to overnight and 30% off stays of 2 days or more, applied automatically at checkout. We ask for confirmation of your professional status.
What is not included in the price?
Specialist items (£50 each), the rubber wardrobe (from £50), the projector, additional guests and extra hours outside your booked time. Everything else in the suite is included.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Prepaid bookings are not refundable, but you can reschedule once to another date within 3 months of the original booking, subject to availability.
How much is an early check-in or late check-out?
£30 per extra hour, subject to availability. Ask when you book.
