About LDS
Very private indeed. When you book LDS you have the apartment all to yourself and will not be disturbed.
No. We have a no-smoking policy. Vaping is okay.
Yes, it’s fine. Hoxton is one of London’s trendiest new areas. We are in the heart of Hoxton, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and nightlife.
LDS is located in a residential building, we never had any problems.
There are plenty of Parking Apps for you to use.
Yes it is, we also have the number of the Cab company we use so they are pretty much used to seeing you fully dressed in our finery. They will
even bring a seat cover if you are wearing rubber hahahaha … .You will be picked up from the front door.
Cleanliness & Hygiene
Equipment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each rental with industrial-grade virucide. High-touch areas are also cleaned.
We use Versan viricidal disinfectant on all surfaces. The suite is also equipped with a Luxibel B hybrid UVC sanitation system.
Booking and Packages
Check the dates on our Reservations page for availability, and book then as soon as you pay you will receive a confirmation notice with the address and all details. Please check your spam.
Overnights start from 6 pm to 11 am
- Exclusive use of rooms and equipment (aside from specialist pieces)
- Early check-in and/or late check-out if required for £30 extra per hour
- Complimentary wi-fi
- Complimentary bottle of Prosecco on arrival
- Cleaning service, including fresh towels and all toys and equipment used
If you have paid in advance for a booking or bookings, for example as part of a Sale or Special Offer, and you then have to cancel, we can
offer you two options.
- You can re-book the night(s) at a later date, subject to availability.
- Or we can refund you half of the amount paid.
We’re sorry but we can’t give a full refund for this
case so please be aware of this before making your booking.

Equipment & Play
We are a fully equipped dungeon therefore we have a collection of equipment and toys and always expanding. Please refer to the individual room pages.
Bear in mind we are keeping a few surprises hidden. So come and see for yourself.
Aside from a small selection of specialist equipment and rubber gear, yes.
Access to The Rubber Closet and Specialist Equipment is available only by pre-arranged agreement and an additional fee is applicable. It includes the following but is not limited to:
- The Fucking Machine £50
- Venus 2000 £50
- An assortment of rubber clothing, hoods, and bags from£50.
Feel free to bring your own toys if you wish but we also have an extensive collection of toys for you to play with.
We have everything: condoms, lube, gloves small to extra large, etc…. Poppers are available for a fee.
If you need anything specifically please ask, we will try our best to accommodate
Yes, messy activities are allowed but please use the PVC sheets provided and once you are done you will be required to clean up after yourself. Then place the PVC sheet in a box provided for disinfecting.
