## A real dungeon, not a studio set

London Dungeon Suite was designed from the outset as a **BDSM penthouse, photography and film studio**. Instead of building a set from hired props, you shoot in a working dungeon equipped with professional furniture from Fetters and Captive BDSM, styled with gilded baroque pieces, glass display cabinets, masks and implement walls.

The result reads as authentic on camera because it is.

The space works for a wide range of productions:

- fetish and alternative fashion photography;
- portfolio shoots for dommes and models;
- content creation for subscription platforms;
- music videos and short films.

We have hosted professional photography days with guest photographers, including a January 2026 shoot day with award-winning photographer Frankinsella, and our professional packages are built for creators shooting photos, films and music videos.

Because the penthouse is booked exclusively, there are no other clients, no shared changing rooms and no interruptions. Your crew and talent have the bedroom, lounge, kitchenette, shower and two W.C.s to themselves for changes and breaks.

## Lighting, projector and atmosphere

- **Coloured ambient lighting** — LED lighting along the walls and floors washes the play room in red, purple, blue, teal and green, giving each set its own mood straight out of camera.
- **Projector add-on** — Project films or bespoke visuals onto the penthouse’s expansive walls as a moving backdrop. Projector hire: £30.
- **Room to work** — The open-plan play room leaves space for a photographer, lighting stands and a small crew around the furniture.
- **Comfortable all day** — Remote-controlled air conditioning and gas central heating keep talent comfortable in latex or under lights.
- **Wi-Fi** — Complimentary Wi-Fi for tethering, uploads and client approvals during the shoot.
- **Changes and breaks** — A private shower, two W.C.s, a bedroom for wardrobe changes and a kitchenette for refreshments.

## Rubber wardrobe and furniture on set

Styling is half the shot. Our [rubber wardrobe](https://londondungeonsuite.co.uk/the-suite/rubber-room/) adds House of Harlot and Catalyst Latex catsuits, fifteen styles of hood, gas masks, straitjackets, rubber maid uniforms, inflatable body bags and a vacbed to your styling options, from **£50 for one item**.

On set you can use the full furniture collection included in the hire:

- the Fetters whipping bench and stocks, and the St Andrew’s cross;
- the Brutus sling, the cage and steel bondage frame;
- the gyno and toilet chairs and the Rococo throne;
- walls of floggers, paddles, canes and restraints.

## Shoot rates

Shoots are booked as standard suite hire. Professional photographers, filmmakers and creators qualify for our professional packages once their status is confirmed.

Larger crews: standard bookings are for **up to two guests**, and every additional person must be declared and paid for in advance. Groups of up to 16 are possible on approval.

## Filming and photography conditions

We welcome professional filming and photography days. To keep every production discreet and safe, a few conditions apply:

1. Filming and photography must be agreed with us in advance: tell us about your production when you enquire, before booking.
2. Declare everyone on set — talent, photographer and crew — and pay for additional guests in advance; undeclared guests may be refused entry.
3. Everyone taking part must be a consenting adult aged 18 or over.
4. Specialist items and the rubber wardrobe are pre-booked, and the hirer is responsible for their use and condition during the shoot.
5. Keep the location discreet: the exact address is shared only after a confirmed booking and should stay private.
6. Leave the suite as you found it; messy scenes take place on the PVC sheets provided. No smoking (vaping is fine).
