## How gift vouchers work

2. **We confirm the details** — We reply within 24–48 hours with the price, how the voucher will be delivered, its validity and how to pay.
3. **The recipient books** — The lucky recipient chooses a date that suits them, subject to availability, and receives the address with their booking confirmation.

## Validity and good to know

- The validity period of each voucher is confirmed in writing when you order it.
- Standard bookings are for up to 2 guests; additional guests must be arranged in advance.
