## Identification and professional bookings

Your confirmation email, with the address and arrival details, is sent to the email address used to book, so please make sure it is one you can access on the day.

If you book a **professional package**, we ask for confirmation of your professional status in the industry before validating the booking, so that the 20% or 30% discount can be applied. See [professional packages](https://londondungeonsuite.co.uk/professional-packages/).

For your privacy and that of our neighbours, the exact address is only ever shared with confirmed guests.

## House rules in brief
