## How an overnight stay works

From booking to check-out, here is what to expect.

1. **Book online** — Choose your night in the booking calendar and pay securely. Your confirmation email arrives as soon as payment is complete, with the exact address and arrival details (check your spam folder).

## Early check-in and late check-out

Want to arrive before 6pm or stay past 11am? Extra hours either side of your night cost **£30 per hour**, subject to availability — ask when you book, as the suite is often booked for a daytime session.

Professional guests can check in from 2pm (earlier on request).
